No. Your uploaded data is used only to run your optimizations and show you your own results. See our Privacy Policy for the infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, auth) involved in running the service.

Yes, the Driver plans tab turns any run into a stop-by-stop plan per driver: sequence, cumulative load, and arrival windows.

Stops beyond your set max-distance are excluded from the run and reported as exceptions rather than forced onto a route, so you can handle them separately.

Purchased credits are refundable in specific cases: failed runs, duplicate charges, or payments that didn't land in your account. See our Refund Policy for details.

The app interface supports English, Hindi, Malay, Chinese, Tamil and Spanish. Switch languages from the header.
