Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info — your email address and authentication data, handled by Clerk, our identity provider.
• Uploaded run data — the delivery order and truck fleet CSVs you upload, and the optimized results (routes, clusters, driver plans) generated from them.
• Usage data — run history, credit balance and transaction history, and basic analytics (runs/stops/distance over time) tied to your account.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Cashfree, our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and for how much.

How we use it

• To run your optimizations and show you your own runs, history, and analytics.
• To send transactional emails (run completion, low-balance alerts) to your account email.
• To operate billing (granting credits after a confirmed payment) and prevent abuse.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploaded delivery data for anything other than serving your account.

Who else processes it

A small set of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf, strictly to run the service:

• Clerk — authentication and session management.
• Cashfree — payment processing for credit purchases.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails.
• Supabase (Postgres) — storage of your account, run history, and analytics data.
• GitHub — storage of uploaded CSV files and generated route outputs.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Data retention

Your account and run data are retained for as long as your account is active, so your run history stays available to you. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll process the request.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and data by emailing marketing@theagenticuniverse.com.
