1. The service

Énroute is a delivery-route optimization tool operated by Agentic Universe Private Limited ("we", "us"). You upload delivery order and truck fleet data, and our service runs an AI-assisted optimization to produce clustered, sequenced delivery routes, driver day-plans, and related analytics. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Credits & billing

• New accounts receive 5 free optimization runs. Every optimization action (a new run, a Review-tab merge/re-run, or a leftover pass) consumes 1 credit.
• Additional credits are purchased in packs at ₹199 per credit through Cashfree, our payment processor.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change; the price shown at checkout is what you pay for that purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, aren't transferable between accounts, and don't expire.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the delivery/order/truck data you upload. We use it solely to run your optimizations and show you your own results and history — see our Privacy Policy for details on storage, retention, and who else (if anyone) processes it on our behalf. Don't upload data you don't have the right to use, or data containing sensitive personal information beyond what's needed for delivery (names, addresses, weights, time windows).

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Énroute to:

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts' data.
• Upload malicious files or content that violates any law or third party's rights.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written agreement.

6. Availability & accuracy

The service is provided "as is." Optimized routes are generated algorithmically from the data you provide — we don't guarantee a specific outcome, and you're responsible for reviewing a route (via the Review tab and dashboard) before dispatching drivers. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Universe Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including delivery delays, fuel cost estimates, or route quality. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
